With an exit intent survey, your visitor's mouse movement is tracked so when the cursor moves towards the top of the webpage the website overlay survey is triggered.
Please note Exit Intent only works on desktop.
Setting up an Exit Intent Survey
1. Create a Website Overlay survey as usual
2. Under Configure < Timing, select Intercept the exit intent and show survey then
3. Under Throttling - make sure both seen and answered is set to 0 to ensure the survey is triggered every time.
