Website Channel

  1. There was an error processing the request. Please contact zenloop Support
    Please check your domains in the zenloop dashboard when editing the survey, probably the domain where the survey is placed is not added to the list.

  2. Recipient is missing
    "Block anonymous answers" is on but there are no recipient data.
    Please disable it or add recipient data to the code.

  3. The answer hasn't arrived yet - please check the recipient script (if it's in place) if it's correct, especially the identity and identity_type and check if the survey hash id is correct.
    If everything seems to be fine, there might be some delays on the platform.
    If it takes too long, please contact us!

  1. Survey or recipient not found
    Please check the survey hash id if it's correct in each URL.

  2. The answer hasn't arrived yet - please check the recipient data (if it's in place) if it's correct, especially the identity and identity_type, check if the hash id is correct and in case of anonymous answers if "block anonymous answers" filter is off.
    If everything seems to be fine, there might be some delays on the platform.
