Implementation along your Customer Journey

When you create a new survey, you should first consider which part of the customer journey you want to analyze. Depending on the point in your Customer Journey, the implementation has to be chosen.

For example, if you want to ask the customer questions directly after the successful order process, you should select the survey with website embed or implement website overlay. If you want feedback from your customers after they have received their delivery, you should  set up your survey with our email embedded channel or with our zenloop email.
