Take this Product Tour to see how to get the most out of your Smart Labels:

Once you've prepared your smart labels structure, you're ready to start adding and editing labels and keywords.

If you want to check if a label or keyword exists, we also provide search functionality!

To finalise your changes you will also need to save your changes.

Adding Labels

  1. Type into the "add label" field.
  2. Hit enter or click the plus sign to add a new label.

As you type we'll filter existing other labels with the same letters to make sure you don't add a duplicate!

Note: Labels won't be applied or counted retrospectively - only from the time they are created or changed.

Adding Keywords

  1. Open up a label where you want to add a keyword.
  2. Type into the space provided to "add keyword".
  3. Hit enter or click the plus sign to add a new keyword.

As you type we'll filter existing keywords within that label with the same letters to make sure you don't add a duplicate!

Note: Keywords won't be applied or counted retrospectively - only from the time they are created or deleted.

Editing Labels

  1. Click on the editing "pencil" for the label you want to change
  2. Change the label

Editing Keywords

Directly editing a keyword is not currently possible. To edit a keyword you will first have to delete it, and then add a new one.

Note: Keywords won't be applied or counted retrospectively - only from the time they are created or deleted.

Deleting Labels

  1. Click on the "X" for the label you want to delete
  2. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a label will also remove all associated keywords and remove it from any associated alerts.

Deleting Keywords

  1. Open up a label where you want to delete a keyword.
  2. Click on the "X" for the keyword you want to delete.
  3. Hit enter or click the plus sign to add a new keyword.

Note: Keywords won't be applied or counted retrospectively - only from the time they are created or deleted. This means that answers that previously had this keyword will still have it.
