As of July 15th, we are updating our terms & conditions to reflect the functionality launches enabling the use of AI in zenloop.
โ€‹

The changes are designed to

  • Enhance labeling & categorization of feedback, removing manual work on your part

  • Use AI to aggregate and interpret your feedback or other data you upload, to provide you with more actionable insights

  • Give you new and innovative ways to create surveys with prompting, aiming at saving you time and giving you inspiration

  • Enhance reporting with charts and interpretations suggested by AI

The terms and conditions have been updated with 5 new paragraphs, basically to reflect the fact that an AI can be wrong, and you as a customer are responsible for how you use recommendations and findings suggested by our AI. The updated paragraphs are: 2.18; 4.6; 9.2d; 10.2j; 15.3.

What do you need to do?

Please review the updated terms & conditions, they are available here: New terms & conditions or download here termsandconditionsen.pdf . Other than that, nothing. By continuing to use our product after July 15th, you agree to these updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to discontinue using zenloop before the new terms take effect.
