What is an API?

Think of an API like a special messenger between your computer system and zenloop. It lets your system talk directly to ours, so you can do things automatically that you might normally do in the zenloop app. This is especially helpful when you need to handle a lot of data at once.

What can I do with the zenloop API?

The zenloop API makes it easy to import and export data in bulk. Here are some specific things you can do:

  • Add recipients automatically: Set up your system to send customer information to zenloop right away. For example, after a purchase or a customer service interaction, you can automatically add the customer to a survey.

  • Import large amounts of data: If you have a big list of customers to add to zenloop, and that list changes frequently, the API is a great alternative to manually uploading a CSV file.

  • Get survey results: Export all the answers and details from your surveys directly into your own system. This lets you analyze the data alongside other information you might have.

  • See all your surveys: Get a list of all the surveys you have running on zenloop, with all the important details.
