Create rule-based alerts that push incoming responses to your email.

zenloop's Email Forward ensures stakeholders can receive feedback via email and are filterable by:

  • Topic

  • Sentiment

  • Score Type

  • Property

  • Additional Question

Creating an Alert

1. Navigate to Act < Forward < Alerts & select Add:

2. Give the Alert a name and entry the Filters

3. Add the recipient emails - multiple emails can be added comma separated

When the rules are met, an email will be received from no-reply@zenloop.com that looks like this:
