The Trends graph maps your NPS score to the number of responses received over a specific period of time.
In the first row, you will see the same data you can see in the Response page - NPS score, the percentage of Promoters, Passives and Detractors and the total number of responses for the chosen period of time:
On the left, you can choose Smart Labels we want to filter for:
On the right, you can choose the aggregation of NPS data:
When you hover over the specific dot, you will see more details:
Below the scale, you can select more filters. By default, Responses and NPS is selected, but you can also see how the percentage of your Promoters, Detractors and Passives changed over time:
Finally, if you are view a Survey Group - you can also see the NPS, breakdown of Responses & Response and Comment Rate:
