1. To edit an already existing survey, navigate to it on the Understand dashboard and click ⁝ < Edit

2. Go to Thank You

3. Turn ON Customise based on score

4. With Promoter selected, turn ON Add a link

5. Insert the Link text

6. Insert the Link URL

7. Select Save
