When creating a zenloop survey, there is an option to add Additional Questions which can be customised based on score type.

Additional Question Types
There are 4 types of additional questions:
1. Scale Questions:
Scale types include:
Numbers (0-10)
Numbers (1-5)
Thumbs (1-2)
Stars (1-5)
Emoticons (0-2)
Emoticons (1-5)
Numbers (0-5)
Here is an example of the Numbers (0-10) scale:
2. Single Select
The single select option allows your customer to choose one of up-to 10 options.
Additionally, Single Select allows you to add an 'Other' option for when the predefined options doesn't include what your customers want to pick:
3. Multi Select
The multi select option allows your customer to choose multiple options. You can add up-to 10 options to chose from.

4. Free response
This is a field similar to the "Request for comment", where you can add another free text field.
Please note: Smart Labels are not applied to free response additional questions.

Formatting
Additional questions can either be paginated (one question per page) or appear on one page.
To display the additional questions on one page;
1. Navigate to the survey settings < Additional Questions
2. Turn on Show all on one page:

This feature is currently only available on Email Embed, zenloop Email & Link Channel
The customer has to select 'Submit' for the response to be registered by zenloop. If this is a concern, we recommend selecting the paginated option
FAQ
Q: How many additional questions I can add?
A: You can add up to 20 questions.
Q: How many options I can add to the Single and Multi-Select question?
A: You can add up to 10 options.
