How to easily integrate email embed surveys into Gmail and Outlook

This solution will help you to integrate numeric scales (0-10, 0-5, 1-5) into Gmail and Outlook.

  1. Create the email embed survey in Zenloop

  2. Copy the custom HTML to a text editor on your desktop (TextEdit or Sublime) and save as HTML file

3. Open this file in your browser:

4. Select the survey using Command+a and copy into Gmail or Outlook (important: it works only with numeric scales - 0-10, 0-5 and 1-5):

From here, the customer could set up an email template within Gmail/Outlook that includes the survey - however, please note collecting properties may not be possible from Gmail/Outlook.
